Reserving an Appointment
Make sure you book ahead to avoid disappointment. A credit card may be required to secure bookings.

Arrivals
Spa guests are asked to arrive a few minutes early for their appointment, so our service providers may give a consultation to ensure that their visit will be a positive and enjoyable one.

Late Arrivals
We will a lot the time remaining of the booked appointment. Please understand , this is out of consideration for our next guest.

Cancellation Policy
Although we understand that schedules can change, please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Our guests and staff thank you for doing so. If no notice is given, a 50% fee of serviced booked will be charged.
